Kelly Cline has over fourteen years experience and also appraises single family, condominiums, townhouses, duplexes and residential vacant land. Both Ginger and Kelly are Charlotte natives with extensive knowledge of the Greater Charlotte real estate market. They perform existing and new construction appraisals. They provide a variety of service levels to suit your needs, from a full interior inspection appraisal, to a "drive by" inspection to a desk top appraisal.
